A signed-in Muscler user can permanently delete the account and associated data in the app.
In-app path
- Sign in to Muscler
- My → Settings
- Account → Delete Account
- Review and confirm permanent deletion
Data deleted
We delete account email and credentials, profile and photos, social-login links, workout logs and verification photos, posts, comments, likes, follows, group activity, notification tokens and records, reports and inquiries linked to the account.
Timing and cancellation
Deletion starts immediately after confirmation. You cannot sign in, restore, or cancel afterward. We do not operate a separate backup archive. Verified subscription transaction identifiers and status may be isolated and retained only as long as needed for payment disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, then deleted. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in the applicable store's subscription settings.
If you cannot access the app
Write from the email associated with your account. Never email your password or social token. We normally complete verified requests within 7 days.
